MJ200-2-2D The self-grinding machine

The whole system consists of grinding machine and separating machine. The separating machine includes self-separating machine and outer separating machine. The grinding machine is mainly used to grind the soaked soybeans first for the end processing. The outer separating machine is used to separate the soymilk and okara from the mixture.

* Combined with water gauge、beans flow controller、grinder、 soymilk tank、hopper、electric appliance automatic controller etc. After grinding the soaked of soybean, soymilk and residue will be separated automatically.

* Automatic control of bean-absorbing When the beans tank in the grinder top is full, the sensor will transfer the signal to the controller and the bean-absorbing pump will stop working automatically. The bean-absorbing pump will start to work automatically when the beans in the tank fall to the lowest preset location. It makes the bean-preserving bucket keep the preset quantity of bean preserving, thus ensures the consistent work of the soybeans milk maker.

* Automatic control of soymilk density Various of bean products have various requirements on the density of the soymilk. The manual operation is hard to control this during making soymilk. But Luoke MJ system automatic grinder can automatic control the flow of the water and beans, so the density of the soybean milk can be controlled. The soymilk density can be preseted to any value according to the client requirements. * Automatic control of soymilk making The working or shut down of the grinder is controlled by the preserving quantity of the beans in the barrel, avoiding the grinder run without beans ,it is very important to protect grinder. Such activity will occur repeatedly during the entire procedure of production, so the full automatic control is realized. * From the entrance of beans to the output of beans and to the making of soymilk, the three procedures are controlled automatically, so the full automatic production of the entire machine is realized.
